Ringleader Digital outlines new business strategy
Ringleader Digital is refining its business strategy to focus on the core competencies of the company's technology platform.
The shift is a result of the industry's demand for a stand-alone technology. Under the new strategy, Ringleader exclusively licenses its platform to publishers, ad networks, agencies, brands and analytics companies as either a bundled service or on an à-la-carte basis.
"The strategy is to provide solutions and technology that mobile and new media users can leverage to do everything that is being done in the online world, without costly software investments or interoperability issues," said Bob Walczak, founder/CEO of Ringleader Digital.
The platform lets customers identify, track and target mobile and new media users in real time.
Every component of the platform works with existing systems used for ad serving.
"Ringleader's strategy shift is a direct answer to the substantial growth that the mobile advertising industry has experienced as more and more brands and agencies invest in this medium," Mr. Walczak said.
The following Ringleader services can be licensed separately, or as part of a fully-bundled, integrated platform: RLD Spark Server, RLD Real Time, RLD Network Manager, RLD Special Ops.
Specific Ringleader Digital technologies available for licensing include: RLD Spark Server, RLD Media Stamp, RLD Context Extractor and RLD Device Detector.
As a part of the refined business strategy, the Ringleader mobile advertising network and pipeline has been purchased by Kristine Latronica at Access Mobile Advertising who will now work with existing ad network customers.
In addition, Access Mobile Advertising will be the first ad network to utilize Ringleader's Spark Platform.
"As mobile traffic and mobile advertising continue to grow, the need for a scalable, stand-alone platform solution has become evident," Mr. Walczak said. "We are now able to provide all publishers and ad networks with the higher levels of accountability being demanded by the industry."
