Sara Lee is promoting healthy choices via its mobile site that features tips and recipes that let consumers lead healthier lifestyles.

The mobile site is targeted for Hispanic mothers who can choose meal plans for their families. Users can also sign up to receive SMS alerts to win free products from the company.

?We went mobile to be more available to the everyday woman that is busy,? said Chef Ana Garcia, spokeswoman for Sara Lee, Downers Grove, IL.

?We wanted to make it available in your hand and at any moment ? while taking your kids to school, shopping,? she said.

Consumers can opt-in to receive monthly SMS alerts with suggestions on how to pair selected products from a variety of brands.

When consumers opt-in, they have the chance to enter a sweepstakes to win a one-year supply of Sara Lee brands, including Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls and sandwiches, Hillshire Farm lunchmeats and Ball Park franks.
