- The ad chief is the second executive to leave the company in the past month, following the September resignation of Senior VP of Sales Kevin McGurn, who took a position at Shazam.
- Colaco was one of Hulu's original team members during its 2007 launch and is credited with innovations like Ad Swap, Ad Selector and 100% Completion Rate.

Hulu's executive-level departures may not be over yet. Interim CEO Andy Forssell is also rumored to be replaced soon, as he has held the post for six months but is still carrying "interim" status. Intel Media VP Erik Huggers is one name reportedly in the running for the job.
