- A new survey from web presence management firm Conductor shows that 65% of marketers plan on investing more on marketing technology in 2015.
- Of the 182 respondents, 28% replied they planned to spend "significantly" more on marketing tech in the coming year, and 37% replied that they would spend up to a quarter more than they are already spending.
- Respondents also placed strong emphasis on content creating and cross-department research, as well as data-mining.
Digital marketing is increasingly becoming the most important part of the job. It's not surprising that spending will increase on marketing tech and that marketing teams want support from other departments, but success will all hinge on the execution of those plans.
