NBC reportedly to acquire rest of MSNBC.com from Microsoft

New York—NBC and Microsoft Corp. appear poised to announce a deal in which NBC will acquire the outstanding portion of MSNBC.com it doesn't own from Microsoft, according to various news reports. The reports also said NBC plans to rebrand MSNBC.
