Marketers and brands have been waiting for more control over activity on Pinterest. The Marketing Developer Partners program will give advertisers the ability to have of a say in their Pinterest marketing campaigns in a way that wasn't possible before. Rivals like Facebook and Twitter have already been benefiting from social media management partnerships, and Pinterest is now leveling the field in that arena.
