As The Social Element – the largest independent social media agency with the biggest global reach of anyone in the space – looks to build state-side, they have added Marco Antonio Meneses as New Business Director, Americas.
With nearly 20 years experience in marketing, advertising, media and business development, both agency-side and client-side, across the U.S. and Latin America, Marco returns to The Social Element for a second tenure.
In his new role, Marco will lead the further development of The Social Element’s global client base in the U.S. and Latin America, as well as develop relationships with new brands seeking comprehensive social media solutions. The agency offers multi-lingual social media and moderation services, and crisis management training and simulations.
Prior to rejoining The Social Element, Marco was Vice President of New Business at imre, a marketing communications agency, delivering social, digital, creative, public relations and paid media programs to some of the world’s most recognized brands.
During his first tenure with The Social Element (when it was known as Emoderation), he managed the performance of business development activities, across an array of world-class brands and agencies.
Previous positions have included senior marketing and sales roles at Groupon, Gannett and Viacom.
