New research reveals nearly 40 percent of consumers say promotional emails are poorly designed for mobile

- Of the consumers reporting they read marketing emails several times a week, almost 70 percent read these emails on a smartphone, and nearly 40 percent of respondents said marketing emails are not well-designed for their mobile device
- When asked what design element they wished could be improved in the promotional emails they receive, "how it fits my screen" and readability were the top issues consumers cited
- More than 80 percent of respondents shared they are more likely to take action on marketing emails that are well-designed
