
InnerGroup, the in-house marketing operations company, has appointed Sophy Regelous to the newly created position of EVP, Global Advisory. She will lead InnerGroup’s global InnerAdvisory practice, which strengthens marketers’ operational excellence and helps in-house teams unlock greater agility, efficiency, and measurable business impact.
Regelous joins InnerGroup from Cella, where she evolved a standard-bearer consulting practice for in-house agencies. As Managing Director, she helped Fortune 500 companies turn in-house agencies into strategic growth drivers by concentrating on marketing operations and technology. She became a sounding board for CMOs on the design of operating systems that can support complex brands, with a focus on how disciplines come together rather than how they can churn out advertising.
As head of InnerAdvisory, Regelous will help marketers align operational strategy, technology integration, and financial planning to accelerate speed-to-market and maximize return on investment. In the process, she will use InnerGroup’s proprietary diagnostic tool, Inner8™, to identify and analyze friction points in eight essential operating areas.

Before Cella, she was COO of Guidemark Health, CTO of Natrel Communications, and SVP/Director of Operations and Technology at ICC Lowe. Schuster founded McCann’s Craft Worldwide, Ogilvy’s Redworks (the predecessor to Hogarth), and Madras Global, now part of Deloitte Digital. Global President James Sanderson founded Wunderman Thompson Inside, led Havas Studios’ Prose On Pixels in the UK, built the global creative operations practice for ICP, and was the COO of the Oliver Agency. EVP/Global Content Rob Andrews led content at Deloitte Digital and Madras Global.
