Sightly, whose flagship Brand Mentality® platform helps brands understand culture and audience behavior in real time, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Lockhart as SVP of Sales. "We are in a pivotal moment for Sightly, and Jennifer is exactly the right person to help us seize it," said Adam Katz, CEO of Sightly. "We have significant opportunities ahead of us, across new markets, new verticals, and new areas of the business, and I have every confidence that Jennifer will be a driving force behind that growth. Her deep relationships, her instinct for where the market is going, and her track record of building revenue at scale make her a tremendous addition to this team."
Lockhart has spent her career helping brands navigate the most consequential shifts in digital media. At Teads, she built and led high-performing sales teams across the West Coast, working with top global brands on digital and social campaigns at scale. Jennifer turned market change into massive growth, delivering nearly $500M in top-line revenue during her tenure and managing complex global partnerships with brands like Amazon and Apple, while structuring and operationalizing agency partnerships with hold co’s and indies that led to sustainable growth.
Prior to Teads, Lockhart served as Vice President of West Coast Sales for Gallery Media Group and POPSUGAR, where she developed deep expertise in go-to-market strategy and premium content environments.
“Sightly is uniquely positioned for where the industry is heading. Brands are looking for smarter ways to understand culture, consumer behavior, and influence across increasingly complex media environments. Sightly’s proprietary technology, Brand Mentality, is thinking in adaptive systems, cultural intelligence and AI Native decisioning. What’s especially exciting to me is how Sightly is evolving beyond traditional media and measurement into the cultural intelligence layer for modern marketing, using AI to help brands move from insight and strategy all the way through activation in real time. The company has strong momentum, differentiated technology, and a significant opportunity to scale. I’m excited to join this incredibly talented team at such an important moment.”
Lockhart is known for a collaborative leadership style and a talent for building teams that combine strategic rigor with deep partner relationships.
