Skai, the agent-native omnichannel marketing platform, today announced Skai Agent Connect, a new offering that enables marketers and developers to connect their own AI agents to Skai’s MCP ecosystem.
Agent Connect advances Skai’s open-by-design approach by giving AI agents running in users’ own technology stacks access to its omnichannel infrastructure, data, skills and tools. Getting an agent off the ground is only the beginning. To deliver value in marketing, it needs clean, connected data, an understanding of marketing’s nuances and the ability to act at scale with enterprise-grade performance, governance and auditability.
“The future will be hybrid,” said Gal Zohar, Chief Data Officer at Skai. “Marketers will use platform experiences where they add value and build their own agents where they need greater control. Agent Connect gives them the freedom to design around the way they want to work, while drawing on the scale and connectivity enterprise advertising requires.”
The value of that approach is already visible at Luzern eCommerce, which is using Skai’s MCP connectors with Claude to automate reporting, monitor campaign performance and manage campaign updates.
“It would take me an hour or two in Excel just to download the information and do all the filtering. We had data coming from multiple sources, not just Amazon,” said James Murphy, Head of Digital Marketing at Luzern eCommerce. “Now it’s almost like having a team of five or six behind me.”
Luzern uses approximately 125 scheduled runs to automate tracking, rank monitoring and monthly reporting, while reusable workflows process approximately 1,900 updates per marketplace. The team has freed hundreds of hours for strategy and analytics, optimized 269 campaigns across five markets and achieved 26% month-over-month revenue growth.
Agent Connect launches with Reporting and Campaign Actions connectors, offering 34 tools in total. Insights and Optimization connectors will follow, with dozens more tools expected in the coming weeks.
Reporting Connectors provide unified spend, pacing and performance data across hundreds of publisher integrations. In testing across 810 runs, they returned complete and accurate answers to 100% of questions posed, compared with 48% for an individual publisher MCP, with modeled token costs up to 90% lower.
New Campaign Actions Connectors move agents from analysis to execution. Agents can create and modify campaigns, adjust bids and budgets, change campaign status and edit large numbers of objects across multiple accounts. Every proposed change remains subject to human review and approval, with a clear audit trail.
Upcoming Insights Connectors will expose more of Skai’s decision-ready intelligence to external agents, including forecasting, pacing, keyword discovery, experiment analysis and AMC reporting. Optimization Connectors will enable agents to apply Skai’s AI and machine-learning capabilities across bids, budgets and other optimization workflows. Self-service access will also make it easier for more users to connect and build on their own.
Agent Connect sits alongside the Skai Omnichannel Platform, Datahub, and Skai Studio as one of several ways organizations can work with Skai. It is available now to existing platform customers at no additional cost and as a standalone offering for non-customers. More information is available at https://skai.io/agent-connect/
