Stockhouse Inc. is giving BlackBerry users access to the financial information, live data and news from Reuters, which is essential to investment decisions.

Stockstream Mobile and Stockstream Mobile Pro are full-featured applications for BlackBerry smartphones and the news content belongs to Reuters. The applications are designed specifically for individual investors and professional traders.

"Our product is really designed for mobile investors and these are people who make one to 40 trades a month and they are trying to get stock information from wherever they are in the world," said Bruce Nunn, vice president of marketing at Stockhouse, New York.

Stockhouse is a social networking site aimed at the investment community that allows users to connect and discuss stocks.

Stockstream Mobile Pro offers all the features of Stockstream Mobile and additional commodities, treasuries and foreign exchange data.

Stockstream Mobile and Stockstream Mobile Pro will be available for download for BlackBerry smartphones with version 4.0 or higher.

In addition to being available to individual investors, Stockstream Mobile also offers financial institutions the ability to white-label the applications for client loyalty programs.

Channel reseller programs are also available.
