- Real estate giant Century 21 has developed a marketing suite with help from Google to help its agents manage their individual marketing.
- The suite, dubbed C21 Social Exchange, is free to agents and offers ready-made social media posts that agents can post seamlessly into their own accounts.
- C21 Social Exchange also hosts Google AdWords Express, which offers agents a platform to manage Google search ad campaigns.
What Century 21 has done is create a hyper-personalized social media and marketing platform that provides agents with valuable customized tools. Many companies employ some type of enterprise software for their employees, but building a customized platform is a bit less common. The real estate giant could be setting a precedent for other companies — especially those that employ contracted agents like real estate, insurance, finance, etc. — to provide the same type of marketing support.
