• The executive restructuring is part of preparation for parent company Omnicom's impending merger with Publicis this year.

As the merger between Publicis Groupe and Omnicom draws closer, its likely we will see more of their agencies restructuring. The transition for Ginsberg should be smooth, as he joins EVB at a strong point and a close relationship already exists between the agencies.
