Most millennial marketers think their agency is innovative
- According to a survey from IdeaPaint, 65% of millennials working in an advertising agency believe the agency is doing innovative work.
- The survey was conducted with 600 people between the ages of 20-32 in various industries.
- Respondents who felt their employer wasn't innovative identified three major reasons: poor management, lack or misuse of technology, and outdated collaboration processes.
Maybe 65% isn't a number to brag about necessarily, but it is a majority. That majority is something to be thankful for in an industry that really needs those fresh, creative millennial minds. The tech-savvy generation provides a much needed help to any agency's innovation, so it's important that millennial employees feel their agency is fostering innovation.
