- Social media management firm Spredfast is helping Champs Sports insert itself into hot topics on Twitter.
- Spredfast's "Spark" tool — available on its own or as part of the Conversations social media management toolset — monitors the trending topics in specified industries. Spredfast claims it's currently the only company that monitors conversation outside of a brand's page.
- Once Spark has identified trending topics, users can also utilize the tool to insert their brand into the conversation.
