- Norman is joining Translation from the CCO position at TBWA\C\D in Playa del Ray, Calif.
The addition of two major executives in an agency usually symbolizes a major change in agency structure or operation. According to CEO Steve Stoute, the agency is looking to be more nimble and to be helpful to brands that want a complete overhaul. New management could be a first step to this transition.
